Classes
K-ONE FITNESS offers a variety of martial arts and cardio fitness training classes for people of all ages and all experience and fitness levels, from boxing basics, to beginning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, introductory Muay Thai kick boxing, capoeira for beginners, all the way up to professional, competitive mixed martial arts (MMA) training.
All of the fitness training courses and boot camps are taught by instructors with vast amounts of professional fighting and fitness training experience. All fitness programs include warm ups, stretching exercises, balance training, strength training, cardio workouts, and more.
