We are happy to announce that the 7:45am Saturday and 10:00am Sunday Meditation class taught by hypnosis specialist Michael Disend is now FREE to K-ONE FITNESS members, it is still $10 for non-member drop-ins. Come experience a Zen Combat Meditation class and clear your thoughts. As hard as we train our body, our mind deserves equal attention.

There will be a one week Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu summer day camp held at K-ONE FITNESS in San Francisco for kids ages 5-13 the first week of august. Bay Jiu-Jitsu (Stephan Goyne) and Heroix 4 Kids are teaming up for an unforgettable summer camp experience. It will last August 2^nd-6^th 2010 9:00am-3:00pm with extended care available. There will be a Kids BJJ Summer Tourney this Sunday July 25^th at 2:30pm hosted by Stephen Goyne, the BJJ coach at K-ONE FITNESS. It will be held in Oakland (3645 Grand Ave., Oakland, CA, 94610), it costs $20 to compete. Tourneys are a great experience for the kids and a lot of fun. The children get to put the skills they learn in class to the test in a safe and friendly environment.
