April 23rd at K-ONE FITNESS we will be hosting another exciting Fight Nite! reserve your spot now call 415.474.3322! $10 donations, all ages welcome. There will be adult beverages for the 21 and up. Underaged drinking will not be tolerated no exceptions.

Because of the great interest in our Monday/Wednesday Muay Thai class we will soon be expanding. Adult program 1 will not change, we will only be adding extra classes as more options for our members. The new classes will be an addition to the unlimited classes you can already take with adult program 1 (all boxing/kickboxing/Muay Thai/Sparring).
