Eduardo Rocha a Brazilian Native and 4th degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, also the owner of Rocha Jiu-Jitsu (in Oakland, CA), will be at K-ONE FITNESS in San Francisco located at 2001 Van Ness Avenue on Tuesday April 6th, 2010 from 7:00-9:00PM hosted by the Bay Jiu-Jitsu Academy $50 fee. Come to the seminar to learn some invaluable information first hand from a huge name in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu!

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu’s black belt Paul Schreiner will be teaching a seminar at K-ONE FITNESS 2001 Van Ness Avenue in San Francisco hosted by the Bay Jiu-Jitsu Acadamy Wednesday, March 31st from 7:00-9:00PM $20 fee. Come to the seminar to learn some valuable skills from Schreiner who has been fighting Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for a long time. Whethor you are just a BJJ fan or fighter you will gain something from this experience!

K-ONE FITNESS is very pleased to announce this electrifying news! We have had some electrical work done at our facility to update things. There is now a hand blow dryer in the ladies locker room and light switches that work in the bathrooms. Shout out to Domb Electric Co for the excellent work!
